Minley Manor secures resolution to grant!
Corbil Planning has been involved with the Minley Manor estate for a number of years. In 2021, we were appointed alongside Purcell Architects to achieve planning permission and listed building consent to change the manor house, estate buildings and the registered park and gardens into a hotel, spa and conference centre from its former MOD use as the Royal Engineers base. The impressive manor house is grade II* listed, and there are numerable grade II listed buildings on the site, with the gardens also being afforded protection as a designated heritage asset. On 14 February 2024, James Hutchison spoke in support of the proposals, and Hart Council's Planning Committee resolved to grant permission!
