Just to demonstrate that Permitted Development rights can be used in all manner of cases including on heritage assets and tall buildings, here is a selection of cases in which Corbil Planning has achieved Prior Approval for changes of use in more tricky situations, such as a grade II listed building in Bicester (Class G), a Class E conversion in a conservation area in Hersham (Class MA), another Class E conversion in Surbiton (hybrid with a new build dwelling - no parking provision), and a Class MA conversion and a Class AA upward extension in North London.
