All About Corbil Planning

Corbil Planning Ltd (formerly Corbil Estates & Planning Ltd) is a town planning consultancy that was established in 2016 following a 3 year period in which it operated as the Planning arm of Corbil Ltd. The company is managed and directed by James Hutchison, who is a chartered town planner, with a vast experience in both private and public planning sectors. James’s profile can be found below.
The practice provides planning advice to clients from the concept and feasibility stages of their project through to the delivery of a planning permission at the end of the process. We offer bespoke advice to the particular needs of the client, and work collaboratively in partnership with the client and other specialists involved within the project to understand and deliver on the objectives.
As a small practice, we take pride in our ability to offer a more personal service to our clients, and feel that this is a real key asset in terms of ensuring that there is full transparency in what we do, and that this continuously meets the specific needs of the client. We have good working relationships with the Local Planning Authorities in which boroughs we tend to operate on a regular basis.
Our client base includes property developers and investors, public and private organisations, educational and community establishments, commercial businesses and SMEs, and private householders. We take on a wide variety of work, however as with much of the South-East and London, there is a strong focus on delivering residential planning permissions.
Our office is based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, close to the historic castle town of Arundel and we typically provide services to clients across the South and East of England, and all of the London boroughs.
